When I was a kid growing up in Labrador, Canada, I always took it for granted ‘nature was my backyard and playground’ that would be here forever, as 8 year old me could never imagine what climate change would do to Earth.
But now? I really get it. That’s one of the reasons why I’m so appreciative for everything mother nature provides us. Not just for giving me a great place to grow-up, but for showing me the importance of having a positive relationship with nature, which now keeps my family and I healthy and happy and can give us an even better future.
However. How can one not worry about the future with the direction things are going during these trying times? That’s why my son and I teamed up with eco-friendly manufacturers and distributors and started the Ecofrenly Clothing Company – to provide people with an alternative to fast fashion for choosing stylish, affordable, durable, eco-friendly apparel and accessories …and not just greenwashed junk.
